PROCESS ENGINEER- folON Semiconductor

Sustain a high volume Semiconductor manufacturing line at a superior level of performance regarding quality, cycle time, yield, output, and costs
Determine process approaches and parameters.
Initiate and drive process yield/capability improvements.
Maintain high quality documentation on all products, processes and procedures.
Establish process controls for new products and key processes
Propose, review and evaluate processes.
Analyze and select components and equipment, as well as evaluate supplier capabilities.
Design and conduct independent experiments or tests.
Perform assembly failure and defect analysis.
Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations.
Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.
Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.
Qualifications
Graduate of Engineering course
At least 3 years experience as Process Engineer in a semiconductor company
Working knowledge of SPC and DOE necessary.
General wafer fabrication knowledge and process engineering experience is preferred but not required
