In essence, we are 'gatekeeper of Grab data' and we play a critical role in the organization to ensure all partner accounts comply to Grab/government requirements. Platform Ops organization rolls up to Country Operations which also handles Driver Operations, Partner Communications and Training, and Platform Safety. If you are looking for an awesome environment with lots of room to grow, then you should join our team! Get to know the role We are looking for a Process & Automation Specialist. This role will be responsible for evaluating processes across the country ops org, identify choke points or inefficiencies, and implement changes in ways of working to enforce productivity. It would be beneficial for the candidate to have advanced knowledge of any of the following tools (Microsoft Excel, Python/SQL, PowerBI) to enable the automation of data analysis. The candidate should have at least 2-3 working experiences in data analysis, process optimization, or automation. You will also have an opportunity to be deployed to cross-functional projects, which will allow you to interact with leaders from different departments. Good communication skills, leadership with a general 'can-do' mindset will serve you well. If you believe you have what it takes then we would love to hear from you! The Day-to-Day Activities Strategize and plan for process optimization initiatives Interview process owners and identify areas for improvement Create project plan and propose to Platform Ops head Execute approved process changes Monitor impact of process improvement Build data queries and dashboard reports for the team Assist Platform Ops Head in monitoring the group's performance metrics Develop and train staff The Must-Haves You have to embody Grab's 4H: Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility With prior work experience involving process optimization, data analysis, or automation. Good at problem-solving with high attention to detail Has moderate presentation skills Knowledgeable with basic CRM functions Good communication and interpersonal skills
