Establish auditing, reporting and follow-thru gudelines and tools to facilitate validation and verification of compliance with requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 18295-1:2017, ISO 27001:2013, and other pertinent standards to which the management system must comply. . Organize regular audit engagement with each department to verify compliance with documented standards and extend support with advisory services to be compliant. . Be the point of contact (POC) in coordinating for ISO-related certifications, and client audit engagements. . Organize regular governance before Compliance Steering committee to update team on internal process compliance, escalate recurring issues and recommendations for corrective action and escallte support needed to address challenges and resources needed. . Develop competencies of identified Business Compliance Coordinators / Process Compliance Advocates per department. . Work with Process Compliance Advocates to develop everyday audit-readiness of the organization and identify inherent risks of respective departments. . Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for? . Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any fields. . Candidate must possess training certification on auditing management systems standards such as Quality, Information Secuity, Data Privacy, and other related standards Lead Auditor Training certification is an advantage. Risk Managment-related training is an advantage. . Preferably with 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. . Ability to assess the accuracy of plans and reports, objectivity of audit evidences against audit criteria. . Ability to assess risks related to audit engagements and results, and facilitate documentation and monitoring of corrective actions, and preventive actions. . Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams, and external business parties such as group-level, and clients. . High levels of coordination and organization in planning, organizing, implementing of audit engagements, and review of audit program. . High degree of professional ethics and integrity. . Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
