Job description
1. At least 2 years of experience in Process and Equipment in SMT/PCB assembly.
2. Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent electronics manufacturing experience.
3. With a strong understanding and knowledge of integrated SMT manufacturing processes and equipment.
4. Knowledgeable to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical instructions, bills of material, and quality standards.
5. With experience in the improvement of process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy, and delivery.
Job Description:
· Creating and defining Electronic Manufacturing procedures and processes in accordance with all applicable regulatory and workmanship requirements.
· Supporting new product introduction with product/design engineering and customers
· Performing equipment programming, manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
· Design and coordination of production tooling and process development.
· Creating and updating operator process documentation including training
· Perform defect and failure analyses for Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
