To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we are looking for a Process Analyst to evaluate, document and maintain accurate and precise records of our standard methods of manufacturing. These methods are then used as basis for the manufacturing of products and samples in our factories.
Job description
Collect process records from development, sampling, engineering, and production.
Analyze and evaluate content of these records for correct materials and process times.
Convert records into standardized methods of manufacturing, ensure precision, accuracy, and consistency of process step descriptions.
Update methods based on development and engineering improvements to reduce material consumption, waste generation, and process times.
Conduct time and motion studies.
Create bills of material and operations for production orders along with supporting documentation for production execution.
Understand concept of standard processes and recognize process inconsistencies or errors.
Qualifications and Experience
Self-motivated, eager to learn and become an expert in all aspects of our diverse methods of manufacturing.
Bachelor graduate in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related course.
Experience in process records analysis and documentation, preferably within the furniture industry. Your willingness to learn is considered equally important.
Process-oriented thinking with experience in documentation, continuous process improvement, and process standardization.
Eye and mindset for detail and quality.
Solid computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel, Word, and basic image editing for documentation purposes.
Able to read shop drawings.
Resourceful, assertive, dedicated, with a sense of urgency to get the job done and willingness to work overtime on short notice if needed.
Knowledge of working in an ISO 9001 regulated environment, additional experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is beneficial.
