Job Description:
 
Process Analyst is responsible for developing process models, writing procedural guidelines, performing system analysis, and reviewing and recommending innovative and cost-effective processes and/or solutions to continually improve productivity and efficiency of the users. He/She works with internal merchandising process owners and SMEs in undertaking process improvement activities under the  guidance and authorization of the Process and Applications Manager.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar
At least 1-4 years of experience on large and complex projects involving process mapping, execution, and monitoring
Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
Strong business/client engagement skills
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineering
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentations and presentational
Experience developing business requirements
