Responsibilities
Perform initial isolation and provide quick corrective action to all machine line down endorsed by production operators.
Generate Device Engineering Report for downtime more than 8 hrs. and escalate to proper group for help needed.
Provide initial analysis and submit report for critical downtime that will affect quality of the products.
Ensure all unattended and unfinish downtime is properly documented and endorsed to next shift for proper continuation.
Maintain 6S before and after line activity
Qualifications
Requirements
Graduate of 3 years Technology Course - electronics, electrical or electromechanical technology or equivalent. BS ME, EE, ECE, COE graduate is an advantage but if not, would consider highly experienced person.
Has at least 3 years experience in Semiconductor Company Probe or Test Area.
Willing to learn new technologies and can work with less supervision.
Knowledge on Testers and Probers T2K, UFLEX, SZ, Catalyst, TMT and APM90, UF200.
Knowledge on debugging is an advantage but not required.
Know how to interpret schematic diagram and use of various measuring instrument is advantage
Analytical and data driven dependent.
Customer oriented and diligent.
