(1) To offer product solutions based on the financial needs of their clients to ensure that individual and Company targets and KPIs are met and exceeded and,
(2) Develop a good relationship with their assigned BPI Private Banking Relationship Manager/s (PB RM) to ensure continuous source of leads
Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and Philam Life.
Deliver committed sales targets and service levels.
Ensure that there is lead generation activity (client portfolio review and planning with the PB RM, face to face with client, etc.) based on Company standards with his/her assigned Private Banking Relationship Manager.
Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-Philam products to the Private Banking Unit's customer base.
Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the Private Banking RM they are assigned to through regular meetings and other means for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business.
Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing, claims or other customer concerns.
Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience with 1-2 years are in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Must be fluent in Chinese (Spoken and Written)
With pleasing personality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent relationship management skills
Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
