Job description:
 Develop ATE manufacturing test solutions
 Perform qualification, test release, and production transfer to manufacturing of new products
 Execute capacity improvement initiatives such as but not limited to tester platform conversion and test time reduction
 Investigate and debug silicon, hardware, software and setup issues in manufacturing
 Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering and/or Operations in industrializing new devices and resolving manufacturing issues
 Interface with Marketing, BU Stakeholders, Manufacturing and Product Engineering on a global scale
Qualifications:
 BS/MS ECE or EE with at least 5 years of related work experience in New Product Development and Test Engineering
 Strong analytical, debug, and communication skills
 In-depth knowledge of test methodologies
 Sound understanding of electronics and semiconductor physics
 Good programming skills (VB, VBA, C++)
 Experience in uFlex, T2K, and/or Eagle Test Systems is an advantage
