As Staff Engineer you will be assigned technically working with Photolithography and Ion Beam Etching Yield Improvement and In-charge for any Customer Feedback related to the said processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with Process Engineers to improve product yield and troubleshoot process flow from rootcauses to process and equipment tuning.
2. Work with cross functional teams to solve technical process pertaining to Harmony Defect Issues and meet Overall Yield target as set by YM and YE.
3. Perform Yield Enhancement activities through Design of experiments and detailed defect characterization.
4. Work with Head FA and Contamination team on HNY Defect related feedback by customer (HDD) for Deep Process Analysis
5. Early engagement with NPI and Development team on upcoming new model product design that has something to do with Harmony Defects.
6. Can provide High level Technical Reports and analysis on Yields excursions and can provide immediate Corrective and Preventive actions.
7. Knowledgeable in Inspection GR&R and principle.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum 7-10 years of recent experience working in an ABS Patterning Process.
Proficient in using Analytical tools such as JMP and MInitab; Able to create Script on Queries pertaining to defect historical check and analysis
PREFERRED:
Green Belt Certified on Harmony defect related project
SKILLS:
1. Highly familiar in Harmony Processes particularly in Photolithography and IBE Scopes
2. With Good Technical Communication Skills
3. Highly Competent in Harmony Engineering
