Principal Communications Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
Partners with various stakeholders to optimize various offerings to the site through the right engagement and communications strategy while ensuring the best possible quality and outcome. Develops and implements strategies for broader communications to the organization. Manages team members to ensure the delivery of quality output.
Major Responsibilities:
Consultation on site activities/initiatives to ensure alignment with the over-all strategy Supervises the design and creation of content for site-wide initiatives and projects to ensure alignment to strategic messaging and brand usage for all channels; initial quality control for all content before final approval Works with the team to ensure content is deployed as intended in identified channels after approval Works with various stakeholders and internal customers through a structured process and timely engagement in managing the delivery of all communications requirements Effectively manage direct/indirect reports to ensure high quality, timely output of work. Builds executive/leadership messaging where appropriate Provide regular performance coaching and development conversations. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time Lives the Values of "Excellence" and "Do The Right Thing"
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background:
4 year degree required preferably in Communication Arts, Organization Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or other related courses
Over 3 years of Corporate Communications, Organizational Communications, Advertising and/or Marketing experience
Consistent drive for results and customer orientation
Strong judgment and influencing skills required
Excellent verbal and written skills required
Experienced in content development and technical writing
Experienced in layouting and editing using Adobe
Amenable to work in a Mid Shift Schedule Amenable to work in Alabang
