Responsible for conducting routine inspection, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure production equipment are running efficiently and according to processing parameters.
Ensures all maintenance activites performed and operation of lifting/material handling equipments are according to established safety procedures and contamination prevention program.
Providing relief, as required, to operating crews by running designated machines to production Technical Efficiency, Quality and Housekeeping and maintaining any associated records.
Provide training to the Operators and other Mechanics as required and collaborate actively with team members.
Execute action plans regarding yield and process improvents projects/initiatives. Closely work with IICI team to make improvements on machine cleanability.
Perform reports of maintenance related activities and other key datain SAP, MS Office and others related system.
Who you Are:
Mechanic, Automotive, or other relevant vocational degree, or Mechanical Engineering Graduate
Excellent understanding of mechanical components and functionality
Strong ability to solve and rectify machine issues
Minimum of 3 years' technical experience as a production line mechanic/technician
Good communication skills
