What you'll be working on
● Communicate with Australian partners and overseas agents for providing quotations, and taking orders.
● Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs.
● Provide assistance to Sales and pricing team as required.
What we're looking for
● We are looking for fresh graduates.
● Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment is a plus.
● Knowledge using HubSpot would be beneficial
● Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
● Experience working with International clients is a plus!
● Accuracy and attention to detail essential
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team
