At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Summary:
Collects & complies data regarding the implementation of preventive maintenance program; evaluates the preventive maintenance program & recommends adjustments or improvements of the program; prepares cost estimates for job orders for repairs & maintenance of buildings & grounds; coordinates with the other work, unit heads the provision of repair & maintenance requirements of the buildings in response to the day-to-day & specialized needs of their respective units; recommends the repair of equipment, materials & supplies needed in support of repairs & maintenance of buildings; reviews manufacturer's operation manuals to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance; acts as the primary accountable officer for all equipment maintenance & repair of physical plant facilities & ensures that these are maintained in good working condition; ensures compliance of safety programs with policies standards & guidelines; prepares human resource strategic plans to ensure compliance of the needed qualifications required by accrediting bodies.
