- Conversational proficiency in Japanese (N3 - N2)
Bachelor's degree graduate (preferably IT or computer related courses)-
Preferably someone who has IT, Software Engineer, Computer , System Engineer related experiences
Requirements (recommended):- Experiences to handle Filipino subordinates as a manager
-knowledgeable about upper process
-5 years Experience of development with Experience of PHP, Java
- Knowledgeable about My SQL
- Knowledgeable about git
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the Japan branch to develop system
- Manage Filipino engineers
- Handle projects from JP team
- Understand needs and requirements from JP team, and inform Filipino staff of the details in English
- Monitor the status of projects and deadline
- Ensure that the products meet customers' criteria
salary:120,000 pesos - Negotiable
