ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Channels & Network Prescriptive Analytics
Lead development of recommender system, customer journey path & link, transactional analytics
Develop AI algorithm to identify a target look-alike base leveraging KYC surveys, Market research and Interest AI as training inputs.

Develop AI algorithm to identify a target look-alike base leveraging KYC surveys, Market research and Interest AI as training inputs.
Drive collaboration with Omni and Digital channel teams - to drive personalized, dynamic offers
Lead development (with or without the help of 3rd party) of DMP algorithms to assign a digital ID, audience identification and placements in Digital world
Data Science SPOC for SASCI360, Adobe tools aimed to track and personalize experiences and offers across digital channels.
Micromarket, Network & Geo-satellite AI solutions - to optimize spectrum, builds and location Develop Credit Scoring AI Models - synergizing with GScore
Non-Digital / Traditional Channels Prescriptive Analytics
Develop Next Best Offer algorithms
Maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities for Total Globe
People & Talent Development
Regularly articulate aspiration for a more purposive training program /IDP
Develops own PPE based on the Division balance scorecard and section PPE.
Define PPE/KPIs of 1-downs and ensure alignment to the Division's balance scorecard
Performs regular one-on-ones with direct reports to provide timely feedback and coaching
Complete and regularly update IDPs of one-downs. Ensures progression and achievement of developmental needs and milestones of direct reports.
At least 3 years experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics or data science
Preferred industries: IT/Telco, Media/Research, Retail/FMCG, Financial, Hotel/Service
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Insighting & strategic thinking
Business Planning and Analytics
Strong business strategy and marketing background, knowledge learned from solid industry experience
In-depth knowledge of Telco business and industry
Expertise in Statistical analysis, Prescriptive Modeling / AI and Optimization- with knowledge on newer machine learning techniques
Above average Proficiency in Data Science tools such as SAS, Open Source tools such as R, Python, Spark, Google TensorFlow & BigQuery.
Experience in developing and implementing artificial intelligence / recommender system algorithms and solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Knowldege in Visual Basic, a plus
