Job Description:
• Master and implement the lesson plan and activities provided by the school
• Conduct effectively daily classes
• Develop and implement supplemental activities that promote the cognitive, social and emotional development of children
• Create a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive interactions among children
• Observe and assess the progress of each child and communicate as needed with parents regarding their child's development
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement special events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in good working condition
• Attend meetings, PTCs, and participate in trainings and other professional and personal development opportunities
• Adhere to all school policies, health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and caregivers
• Creativity, flexibility and adaptability in developing and implementing age-appropriate activities
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledgeable in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with young children
• Must be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City
Schedule
• Full time, 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
