Job Description
About the Role
Provide administrative support for the organization by validating financial information, running various reports, handling information requests, and performing a variety of clerical functions as they relate to the subcontractor prequalification process.
Roles and Responsibilities
Data Entry
Create, review, validate, and upload reports to the Prequalification software.
Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies.
Review and validate subcontractor financial statements for accuracy.
Follow up with subcontractors for missing prequalification items.
Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Works well in a team environment and with upper management
Able to read and understand financial statements
Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
Strong organizational skills
Work efficiently - allocate one's own time efficiently handle multiple demands and competing priorities
Has experience with Cloud service providers
Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
