Job Description
Micro Bin Management
1. Coordinates with Production Supervisor and Control Room Operator on the sequence of premixes to be produced ensuring availability of micro ingredient in each bin or silo.
2. Calculate premix production and micro ingredients consumption based on the production request.
3. Monitor the usage of raw materials in production, and manage stock loads and unloads of each micro bins.
4. Ensures that no intermixing, spill overs, and overflowing occurs during filling or loading of the micro ingredients bin.
Transaction Scheduling/Operation
A. Batching and mixing operation
1. Coordinates with Production Supervisor/CRO regarding the formula version of mixes of micro components to be produced.
2. Ensure correct formulation version is selected when the Control Room Operator conduct the batching transaction.
3. Checks and coordinates with QA personnel for possible adjustment in the micro infusion and dosing, to ensure that premix is in accordance with required dosing parameters.
4. Ensures that the sequence of mixing is being followed based on the production schedule.
B. Equipment Operation
1. Be familiar with machines such as dosing units, vacuum transport, mixing and various components
2. Monitors cycle time of weighing and mixing to ensure a high batching efficiency.
3. Performs regular weigh check, conduct regular calibration and preventive maintenance to micro dosing units and equipment in coordination with the CMD personnel managing the feed mill plant preventive maintenance and calibration program.
4. Monitors micro dosing equipment and provides feedback to maintenance personnel regarding any abnormalities and alarming equipment condition.
Reports Preparation
Prepares the shift report and submits to Production Supervisor.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
BS degree in Mechanical, Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering
COMPETENCIES
I. Knowledge
1. Basic knowledge and understanding of ingredient profile relative to formulation and effect on products
2. Knowledge of feed milling process and equipment operation
