Premix Attendant:
Qualifications:
Candidate must be at least a high school graduate / vocational graduate
Candidate must have basic technical / skills knowledge to be able to perform the MDA functions
Candidate must be with good moral character
Candidate with basic experience in Feed Milling Operations is preferred
Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends / holidays to meet changing plant needs
Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Binalonan Pangasinan and other regions
Functions:
Preparation of Premixes for production operation
1. Validation of micro materials, i.e. potency, correct materials, prior to actual preparation of hand tipped ingredients.
2. Ensure correct weight component during manual weighing per batch according to classifications.
3. Ensure adequate / sufficient buffer stock of prepared hand tipped materials for next shift ( as defined by Plant Capacity per shift )
Invetory of Micro Ingredients before and after preparations of hand tipped premixes.
Inventory of Micro Ingredients during month end inventory.
Maintain housekeeping of Micro Ingredients preparation area.
