JOB SCOPE:
Manager ensures success in overall management of Premium Player Development's activities aligned with operating procedures, internal audits, regulatory compliance, and budgeted expenses;
Oversees Premium Player Development team to ensure increase of business volume and hosted revenue from the different hosting business channels;
Ensures proper implementation and execution of these business plans in order to achieve desired revenue and profitability results; Establish "sales" oriented culture and environment that promote increase in customer trips and drive VIP gross gaming revenues, teamwork, and unparalleled customer service and relationship building with our VIP and hosted customer segments;
Establish new and different marketing strategies, both short and long terms to ensure continuous growth of market whilst maintaining existing business;
Review performances to ensure business objectives are achieved; Performs the role of Premium Player Development Senior Manager as a reliever;
Graduate of four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in business-related field;
With at least 3 years Marketing Managerial experience in the casino industry, preferably Casino Marketing Division.
