-Project Calendar / Task monitoring and follow through
-Project task coordination and scheduling
-Project documentation consolidation and organization

-Employee Information encoding in HRIS / SAP for NewCo record
-CART creation for Employee Individual account request (ESS)
-Employee individual registration documentation to government
(online & hardcopy submission) *SSS/PH/HDMF
Others
-Support in the documentation and coordination of the Retirement Plan set-up
-Support in the employment contract printing, signing and distribution for NewCo
-Support in the new ID printing, signing and distribution for NewCo
-Support in the new ID enrollment in eMeal, Turnstile, etc. for NewCo
-Support in the distribution of the working paraphernalia
