Job Description
Ensure the best capability and stability without slip-through for his/her measuring processes and reaching the highest technical availability for his/her equipment. Applying analytical methods with designing HW and SW technology in order to develop the complete test system.

Job Requirements
"- He/ she is the responsible/expert of the production test steps/stations which are designated by the team leader, such as: ICT, Flash, Functional Test, Load test, Stress test, Final test
- He/she is responsible for the installation of the production equipment and preparation of validation/release procedures
- He/ she is responsible for the continous improvements of the production and test processes, he/she is leading change for his/her area of responsibility (eg: benchmark, platforms, new strategies)
- He/she is responsible to debug / maintain / analyze SW application / products in order to reach the quality targets in his/her processes according to the releasing procedure.
- He/she is responsible for ensuring the technical resources regarding his/her process steps for achieving the daily production plan (availability of equipments, spare parts, SW application)
- He/she actively takes part in preparation of specification, requirement list and decision matrix
- He/she has the responsibility to transfer the project know-how to the team.
- He keeps contact with the TechNet global champion for his measuring processes. He contributes to the global standardization of his measuring processes, and implements the global standards in his measuring processes.
- He/she is responsible to develop test sytem in order to reach the quality targets in his/her processes according to the test specification"
"- He/she continuous improve and optimise the test coverage in his/her responsibility area.
'- He/she ensures the R&R value of his/her processes after SOP. He is responsible for the continuous improvement of these processes regarding R&R value and robustness.
- He/she has the responsibility to deliver trainings in specific areas (ex. ICT, FT, EOL, etc.)
'- He/she prepares and follows the KPIs for the processes that he/she is responsible for (equipment and quality statistics). In case of nonconformity, he/she defines corrective actions and implements them.
'- He/she documents the lessons learned of all the processes from his/her area of responsibility."
"- He/she is responsible for reaching the quality targets in his/her processes.
'- His/her responsibility is to reach the "zero ppm = zero slip-through" quality level in his/her processes.
'- He/she is responsible to prepare and update the involved documentation for the processes from his/her area of responsibility
'- He/she takes part actively in the implementation of appropriate solution in terms of the quality requirements/standards (FMEA, Control Plan, etc)
- He/she is responsible for the technical availability of his/her equipments
'- He/she has to maintain his/her technical know-how by participating in the trainings organized by the company
'- He/she has to respond to the production alarm systems, which is activated, if the achievement of the production plan or the product quality is affected. In such cases he/she has to take care about the technical corrective and preventive actions. "
