Job Description
Main Task :
Leading Focus Factory ADAS Plant Calamba (Production SMD& BE, Test Engineering, Process Engineering & Maintenance, New Product Launch, Performance & JISHUKEN Team)
Responsible for Customer & Quality Audits, financial & operational KPIs for the monthly financial & operational performance reporting on plant level and to the BU management, budget planning & cost reduction projects
Sustaining delivery performance and continuous improvement of the MFL & SRR Radar 3rd Generation series production performance, managing production planning according the customer and BU/global allocation requirements.
Ramp Up ARS/SRR 5th&6th Radar Generation in Plant Calamba.
Develop local managers, coach them to lead ADAS business in the future
Cultural Development, build a network to connect Plant Calamba with the worldwide ADAS organization.
Strategic Planning:
Develop a 5+ year strategy for FF ADAS@Calamba and align with the BU ADAS Operations strategy and footprint
(Volume increase from >6Mio to >12Mio until 2025)
