The Dr. Caridad C. Labe Education Center for Excellence (CCL CentrEx) is a progressive school in Lapu-Lapu City founded by a multi-awarded educator, innovator and founder of 5 Science High Schools in the country.
The school believes in the philosophy of learning by doing. Its hands-on teaching methods includes the use of robotics in the classroom to insure that children will be able to learn by experiences, collaborate with classmates and think creatively to come up with unique solutions.

Qualifications:
A graduate of Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd).
Fresh graduates, both licensed and non-licensed teachers, are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in English, both in oral and written communication.
Tech-savvy and comfortable integrating technology into the learning environment.
Possesses a high sense of professionalism.
Skilled at communicating clearly and effectively with young children.
Organized and adept at solving problems quickly.
Enthusiastic, open-minded, and able to motivate children in a positive manner.
Creative and adaptable to various teaching methods and learning styles.
Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates a firm and fair approach, with a sense of humor in handling classroom situations.
Works effectively in a collaborative team environment.
