PRE-INSTALLATION ENGINEER
ELEVATOR & ESCALATOR DIVISION
(Cebu-based)
 
Responsibilities:
They will attend site meetings and other coordination with trade contractors on all phases of work related to elevator & escalator requirements prior to installation.
They will conduct studies and will review all contracts assigned to them and will coordinate with Sales Department for other terms and conditions, will conduct inspection, and will confirm that the site is ready to receive installation before endorsement to Installation group.
They will submit reports on the status of projects under Pre installation.
They will assist in the unloading and will coordinate for the proper storage of imported equipment at the jobsite.
They will further coordinate with clients the proper work schedules and prepare material requisitions, delivery schedules, and manpower and equipment compliment required by Installation group.
They will take charge in handling small projects which may be assigned to them when the need arises.
They will prepare all necessary documents required by Installation group and perform other pre-installation- related tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering
Must have at least one (1) year of related experience in construction industry.
Must be proficient in both verbal and written communication.
Can relate effectively to all types of people on the organization and with strong leadership potential.
Capable of negotiating effectively with other trade contractors/clients.
Must possess a pleasant personality and good moral character.
