PPIC PLANNER
 
Qualifications:
Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience in production planning and inventory control, specializing in manufacturing or production operations or equivalent.
Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering
Competency Profile
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Systematic and detail-oriented, good coordination skills and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
Job Descriptions:
Generates production plan, purchasing plan, delivery plan for materials to maintain stock availability.
Reviews and analyzes downtimes that may affect production and inventory planning. Gives alerts regularly and take proper action on a timely manner.
Maintains monitoring files - RM-PM Transactions, Can Plant Production, Production Trip Ticket, RS Monitoring and other files as required.
Follow-up with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents ensures to meet production schedule and inter-department expectations.
Interacts with concerned personnel on a daily basis to resolve any issues regarding materials inventory transactions.
Prepares and complete status of requisitions coming from Production, Maintenance and Planning.
Submits regularly reports pertaining to planning i.e. summary of Receipts, Issuance per SKU, Variances, status of requests et.al.
May be asked to perform other duties at a higher level of proficiency
