PPIC OFFICER
(Production Planning and Inventory Control)
 
Qualifications:
Male / Female
Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Field
Can work with minimum supervision and with good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools
Strong attention to details and problem - solving skills
Can easily adopt to a fast paced environment
Experience in Warehousing Inventory
Knowledge in Production Planning Role
Can handle multiple tasks with competing deadline and coordination with multiple levels
With at least 3 - 5 years of Working Experience in a manufacturing set-up
Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Planning - develop and maintain accurate production schedules.
Monitor and adjust production schedules as necessary to address delays, shortages, or changes in customer requirements.
Inventory Control - establish accurate stock levels.
Supply Chain Coordination - ensure availability of materials at point of use.
Data Management and reporting - generate regular reports on production progress, order fulfillment and inventory status.
