Job Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update production-related data in the PPIC system.
Collaborate with production supervisors and inventory controllers for data accuracy.
Monitor and track production progress and inventory levels.
Identify and report discrepancies in the PPIC system.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
College Graduate
With 3-6 months experience of the same role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Summary of role requirements:
