Job Description:
Our client is a leading Air Conditioner Installation & Repair company. They supply & install Air Conditioning Units in Sydney. They're a locally owned & operated air conditioning company providing high-quality services.
They're looking for a Google Ads Specialist who really gets it.
Responsibilities:
Increase conversions, lower CPAs, and increase ROAS - apply this on search, display, and YouTube
Optimise landing pages and Ad Quality score
Understand how to measure results and implement tracking through GA & GTM.
Create a highly targeted and well-planned SEM ad campaign. This will involve keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy development, and budget management.
Optimise campaigns across channels and improve performance to accomplish the business's goals.
Research and understand the target audience to create impactful display advertising campaigns.
Create monthly reports with a focus on performance, insights and opportunities.
Requirements:
At least 3+ years of SEM experience with proven skills in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads
Technical knowledge of tracking and tags/pixels and Google Tag Manager
Strong analytical ability to identify gaps, understand opportunities through data analysis and present them to the client
Ability to manage campaign expenses and estimate monthly cost
Exceptional time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Google Ads & Analytics certified is an added advantage
Facebook
Knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform, a wizard on Facebook & Instagram ad funnels!
Create and implement customer-centric Facebook Ad funnels, retarget the full spectrum of warm and hot traffic with proven ROI delivering high-quality leads
Closely manage the paid media budget and deliver on the organisations CPL and CPA targets.
Brief the design and creative team on assets required for the lead funnels
Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook Ads manager
Assisting with designing, organising and testing copy and creatives for Facebook Ads
Writing and optimising copy for Facebook Ads
Utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to drive ROI
Experience in managing CSR databases to develop digital advertising campaigns
