POULTRY PROCESSING OPERATIONS MANAGER - MINDANAO
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Animal Science, or Business Management.
Professional Experience 5 to 10 years of total experience in food manufacturing, meat slaughtering, or poultry processing operations.
3 to 7 years in a supervisory, leadership, or managerial capacity overseeing a production floor or dressing plant.
Prior hands-on involvement in plant setup, workflow design, or continuous yield improvement is a strong advantage.
Technical & Regulatory Knowledge
Compliance standards including HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and ISO.
Familiarity with Philippine regulatory compliance such as the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) and local FDA guidelines.
Production planning, inventory control, cost optimization, and supply chain logistics.
