As an IT Support Coordinator,
You will be joining our client's high-energy, fun and engaging team who all collaborate to support the success of their stores.
Some of the things we'd expect you to do are to...
Support offshore team members within a B2B environment
Participate in virtual meetings with different business teams, confidently communicating and influencing team members, vendors and service providers to help drive decision-making
We would need you to be or have the following...
Experience in ERP, POS support
Experience with Shopify/e-Commerce platforms
Proficient in Microsoft 365 - Teams & Office
Experience in a general IT support role (applications & networks) troubleshooting and resolving the issues else escalating to vendors and managing issues to resolution
Knowledge of delivery partner platforms and integration

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology discipline Note: This position calls for your rest days to be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
