Responsible for leading, overseeing and supervising the operations of Budget Mgt & Analytics and Content Experience Governance teams, Operations & Service Assurance Squad
Responsible for good governance on cost management & reports (OPEX, CAPEX and A&P), seamless and enablement sustainable content experience and industry standard after-sales processes (working heavily with enabling partners namely ISG, CXM, CXD, Finance, Audit, ISDP, Product)
Responsible for programs on development of direct reports
KRAs
Content Revenues (GSR, Programs, Databurn, Traffic and Value)
Content Data Burn Users
Content NPS
Fix the Basics: Endgame Delivery, After Sales Handling improvements
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages and leads the team day in and day out
Ensures coaching and feedback mechanism, mentoring, daily stand up sessions are being practiced and applied
Defines KPIs and programs for the team (metrics)
Responsible for budget planning, management and good governance
Develop governance principles to ensure experiences are complied to (audit, framework, ISDP)
Ensures Content operational processes are accepted, documented and published
Ensures completion, sustain and perform continuous improvement for Endgame
Advocates AGILE framework as part of operational efficiency and culture building
Ensures the team lives out the Globe Purpose
KPIs
Delivery of required commercial dashboards, reports and templates
Governance of Service Design principles for Content Experience
Alignment on service assurance framework for all after-sales handling engagement
