Ensures the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests.
Cleans the pool deck and its immediate surroundings for any dirt, trash, leaves, etc. as well as the shower area.
Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering queries, and assists with their needs or concerns.
Maintains all swimming pool and beach equipment and tools in good working condition and report any malfunctions for repairs or replacement.
Implement safety rules and regulations to all guests
Provides basic first aid in the event of an injury or emergency/accident.
Maintains accurate records of pool usage and chemical applications, water test results, incidents, safety related activities and other reports.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
With valid lifeguard certification
Minimum of 2 years experience working as a licensed lifeguard in a resort or similar setting
Excellent physical fitness and swimming abilities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and customer service skills
