Job Description
Responsible in giving guests a warm and sincere welcome. Responsible in monitoring guest needs and safety. Maintains the cleanliness of the recreation area such as the pool, sauna and the gym. Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications:
Has an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant management or any job related course work.
Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply
Know how to swim
Related work experience is not needed but is an advantage.
Candidates must possess good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit.
Ability to handle pressure and complaints in a professional and pleasant manner.
