. A graduate of any Engineering course
2. Have at least one(1) year experience as Pollution Control Officer
3. Preferably with DENR 40-hour training for Pollution Control Officer
4. Must be knowledgeable in preparing Environmental Impact Assessment
5.Experience in facilitating ambient test, Stack Emission Test, water sampling etc.
6.Experience in facilitating /monitoring sewage treatment facility
7. knowledgeable in facilitating solid waste disposal, hazardous waste including emergency response
8.must be computer literate and be able to formulate forms and procedure as may be required.
