Description
JOB PURPOSE:
*Development and implementation of programs for the environment - plant, workplaces, grounds with main concentration on the wastewater treatment plant and the air pollution control facilities.
JOB SCOPE
*Compliance to ISO 14001 standards and the guidelines, procedures.
*Compliance to DENR and LLDA on plant effluent and air emissions.
*Compliance to the requirements of issued ECC'S for operating plants.
*Conceptualization, design and implementation of environmental, projects or improvements.
*Analysis, benchmarking and research to improve processes, minimize or eliminate environmental risks and reduce consumption of resources.
*Represents the company in resolution of environmental complaints/concerns.
*On-time reports submission to concerned government agencies.
*Heads the waste minimization, segregation and reduction programs.
*Reviews and analyzes systems and procedures for improvement purposes revise same to adapt to change or new technology.
WORK EXPERIENCE
*With at least five (5) years supervisory work experience in wastewater treatment plants, pollution control equipment.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT"
*Engineering Graduate preferably Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
LICENSURE
*Licensed Engineer
SKILLS:
*Good customer service skills.
*Proficient in written and oral communication skills.
*Demonstrates a degree in computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.
*Analytical results oriented, undergone seminars on management development, analytical troubleshooting

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
