We are currently looking for a detail-oriented PodCast Specialist with an interest in marketing to help adjust existing YouTube posts, to optimize our Channel's collection of YouTube videos. This role involves no direct optimization work but requires following specific steps to enhance video thumbnails, titles, and content.
 
Job Description:
Looking to hire a VA to help me post regular audio podcasts to Libsyn, my website, and social media channels, using Buffer... and Video podcasts to YT - along with shorts & reels
In between podcast episodes, I am in the process of optimizing several hundred of our YouTube videos. Team member will have to gather facebook photos of guests, taking these assets and dropping them into a pre-made YouTube thumbnail template in Pixelmator Pro (preferred) or Adobe Photoshop... and processing them according to a specific step-by-step process. This process is outlined in detail in a variety of training videos
I am easy to deal with and supportive of training. What I ask for in return is for the team member to possess a good work ethic and be conscientious. 
Candidates must be confident to communicate when they have questions or need clarification on things, and taking personal pride in doing the tasks correctly is also a must. I am very open to new ideas and ways of approaching things, and encourage team members to let me know when they see potential ways of improving efficiency or end results
Should edit videos on YouTube to remove some old 1-3 minute advertisements from some of the published episodes
Should edit and post (Reels/Shorts and short clips roughly 3-10 minutes in length) in the format of modern editing by inserting interesting B-roll clips that are relevant to the content mentioned in the videos

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer support, content creation, and social media management.

Strong analytical skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and adaptability.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging social media posts, email content, blogs, and articles.
Experience with order fulfillment processes and customer database management.
Familiarity with Shopify and subscription products is a plus.
Interest in history is a plus, as it can provide valuable insights for crafting compelling content and engaging with the audience in a meaningful way.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various documentation and presentation needs.
Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets for collaborative work and data management.
Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvements.
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Willing to start as soon as possible
