- Manage deadlines and episodes in various stages of production.
- Maintain and update archive of episodes and audio material.
- Keeping track of the analytics of the podcast's performance to see how it's being received by the audience
Requirements:
- Experience in producing, recording, editing, and mixing quality audio content under tight deadlines.
- Writing experience or familiarity with certain interests or a specific field.
- An eye for detail and a good ear for editing conversations, as well as a strong sense of organization.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, multitask, and troubleshoot in stressful situations.
- Ability to both take direction and to work independently.
