Job Description
Assists the project with project management tasks relating to risk management, planning, issue management, schedule management, and other project management disciplines by providing both required information and recommendations for action by management
Promotes project management policies, procedures, practices, and standards
Assists the Project team in developing and maintaining plans and processes that comply with project standards
Monitors project plans and documented project processes are approved and placed in the Project Library/document repository
Tracks and reports status of Change Requests in accordance with the Change Management Plan.
Serves as the Issue Coordinator or Action Item Monitor to validate, track and report status of project issues in accordance with the Issues and Action Item Management Plan.
Assist in conducting Lessons Learned sessions and documenting lessons learned
Participates as a liaison to other groups
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in Project management
Graduate of Industrial Engineering
