Qualification
With Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering
At least 5 years extensive experience in telecom systems, engineering and/ or project roll out
Preferably with experience in FOC related projects
With experience in Project Management and Occupational Health and Safety
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Willing to do field work
With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (MT)
Preferably local resident of Candon, Ilocos Sur or nearby areas

Job Description
Oversees the engineering, permitting and implementation and progress of ODNs and drives/pushes the implementation of new nodes and up link facilities to ensure the timely activation of new ODNs
Prepare and execute monthly ODN roll plan aligned to the planned annual target
Coordinate with the contractor regarding project and issues
Coordinate with Planning and Engineering and Site Acquisition Management teams regarding engineering and permitting issues and concerns
Oversees work progress by conducting occasional onsite inspection to determine project status and progress
Recommend strategies and solutions to recover from delays or to accelerate the project roll out
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
