Job Description:
Designing plumbing systems for new construction projects such as:
Mixed-use high rise Residential Buildings Performing inspections to ensure that building plans meet local codes and regulations
Preparing estimates for costs related to the project and developing a budget for the client
Coordinating the work of other engineers and architects on large projects.
Requirements:
Must be Licensed Mechanical Engineer Relevant work experience in Plumbing and sanitary system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
