Probegroup Philippines Inc., a leading Australian BPO Company catering to Australian clients is looking for great talents!
We are currently on the hunt for:
PLATFORM DELIVERY ANALYST (Genesys Cloud Management)
Employment Condition: Full Time Employment
Salary Package: 60,000.00 – 70,000.00-
Work Schedule: Flexible, should be amenable to work on rotating shift
Work Arrangement: Can work Onsite if needed
Qualifications:
With at least 3 years experience in similar capacity
Professional experience in Process Mapping and Documentation.
Certification in Genesys Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce CRM Development (highly desirable)
Specific product-based experience or knowledge of Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud (highly desirable)
Ability to map existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to document in detail and accurately business processes
Experience with creating documentation related to processes, including flow charts, swimlane diagrams, procedural and policy documents.
Demonstrated excellence in working effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
