What you will do
Serve as a subject matter expert to conduct a design workshop
Serve as a subject matter expert to work in collaboration with the presales solutions architect and account manager to identify customer requirements, use cases, and pain points to conclude the customer requirements to the final scope of work to propose to the customers
Implement or deploy Red Hat's offerings and technology on-site or remotely
Work on diverse problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of many different factors
Apply your experience and understanding of industry practices and Red Hat's policies and procedures
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to get the right solutions
Manage and engage with senior-level stakeholders at the C-level and one level below
Get involved early in the sales cycle to explore, review, and shape deal opportunities
What you will bring
3+ years of experience designing and configuring any container platform, cloud technology, OpenStack, and open source offerings and technology; experience with Red Hat's offerings and solutions is a plus
3+ years of experience with system customization and development, including system performance tuning, building customized distributions, and working with enterprise hardware like SAN-based storage
3+ years of experience in container platform design, implementation, and configuration; experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is a plus
Solid knowledge of infrastructure-related network, security, storage, database, and others
Good knowledge on other open source technology equivalent to Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat Ceph Storage, Red Hat Satellite, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform; knowledge of middleware solutions is a plus
Knowledge of some scripting languages; ability to read Python logs
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to use automation tools and configuration management languages like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, and Bash
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps processes
Ability to understand technical challenges of the cloud technology and ability to demonstrate how certain cloud functionality will solve business challenges
Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to stakeholders and diverse business and technical audiences
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Administrator (RHCA), Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift certification, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience
Willingness to travel across the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) region, following Red Hat's COVID-19 guidelines
