JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide first line support for all server & messaging used within the company in development, test and live production environments including liaison with suppliers & vendors.
 
 1. Maintain servers and server applications - installation, monitoring and maintenance.
 2. Support end-users, technicians & engineers in all platform related areas required for adhering to SLA’s.
 3. Ensure performance, availability & security of all company & client data,
 4. Ensure accuracy of documentation and troubleshooting checklists as required to support IT services.
 5. Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
