PRODUCTION MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduate preferably with Master's Degree.
2-3 years experience in managing plant operations preferably in food industry.
Excellent in Oral and written communication
Computer Literate (ERP, MS Office, other IT Tools).
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong leadership qualities
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, Organize, and direct the day-to-day operations of the meat cutting plant.
Ensure the upkeep of the cold storage and production floor facilities to prevent downtime.
Support and align with the overall strategies set forth by executives and upper management.
Maintains standards for ISO 14001 and HACCP certifications and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Familiar with ERP & SAP
Responsible in identifying, hiring effective coaching and development of direct reports.
Ensure compliance with all company policies including HR policy manual, quality, safety and environmental policies.
