1. Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve
servicing of bearings, fans, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and stirrers by
inspection, dismantling, and refitting to maintain equipment reliability. Activities including
Aircon Servicing.
2. Logs daily activities into a Turnover Logbook to update team with progress and new issues.
3. Carries out troubleshooting especially for unplanned work requests. Activities involve
welding-repair, build-up, oxy-ace flame cutting, and brazing to recondition and salvage worn
out mechanical parts.
4. Performs conditioned-based monitoring activities like the use of belt and shaft alignment
tool, bearing heater, thermography, etc.
5. Performs repair by dismounting, mounting, overhauling, fitting, polishing and repair-welding
to recondition damaged/shabby equipment.

1 year of experience
