PLANT MANAGER
 
SALARY: Depending on Experience
 
Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of production
Ensure that the cost of each production process complies with the set budget
Avoid any mistakes that may cause a loss on the production line
Liaise with various departments so they are aware of the production process
Record data about the production process and warehousing
Share data with management and departments
Ensure equipment and machinery are used effectively and maintained correctly
Guide the maintenance department to ensure all equipment remains running in top working order
Maintain high-quality standards of products
Enforce safety regulations at all times
Comply with government and environmental regulations
Help source raw materials
Facilitate recruitment, training, and disciplining of staff to meet production goals
Work with the marketing team and management to develop better ways to market the products
Look for ways to improve staff productivity, warehouse cleanliness, raw materials processing, environmental practices, and security measures.
Qualifications:
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant and meaningful work experience in Plant Management position preferably in liquor or manufacturing industry
Proficient in MS Office Programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Has good oral and written skills
Extensive knowledge of business and management principles
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Willing to be assigned in Tabok, Mandaue
