Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Food Science Technology or any related field.
Can analyze problems and solve immediate situations quickly and accurately.
5+ years' experience in FMCG industry and adequate knowledge of the food manufacturing process.
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources)
With experience operating with PLC/SCADA automated system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills for reporting, data recording, and analysis
Willing to work beyond office hours and holidays
With skills in performing machine inspection and troubleshooting
Preferably with a driver's license
