We are looking for a skilled Batching Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment through preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. The role is crucial in minimizing downtime, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of batching plant equipment.
Inspect, calibrate, and repair mixers, conveyors, silos, crushers, pumps, burners, and grinding machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and downtime reports.
Enforce safety standards when handling heavy machinery and bitumen/asphalt systems.
Coordinate with operators, production teams, and external contractors to reduce downtime.
Requirements
At least a Technical-Vocational Certificate (NC II or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, decanters).
Knowledge of basic electrical systems, circuits, and control troubleshooting.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic meters, and equipment manuals.
Physically fit, able to lift tools and equipment as required.
Willing to travel for off-site repair work.
Must be willing to work onsite at 3M Warehouse, Marilao, Bulacan.
Benefits
